Our Process
Walkthrough/Samples/Quote:
Most of our pine sales are done with a simple walk-through of our products so that you can see the different styles and the premium quality we carry. At the end of the walkthrough we provide you with samples and a quote.
Deposit:
Take advantage of our deposit system. A small 10% deposit ensures that your lumber is set to the side and stored here for up to two weeks. Giving you time to arrange for pickup or delivery.
Pickup:
When you come here for pickup we will help you to quickly load your pine on to your equipment, take the remainder of payment (cash, credit card, debit), and get you on your way. This is a 15-30 min process, depending on the equipment you bring.
Wheels below trailer is the fastest.
Trailer rental available
Delivery:
If you choose delivery option. We will arrange a time and day, during working hours Mon-Fri, and deliver the boards onto your driveway at the arranged time.
Deliveries require payment prior to delivery.
Delivery is charged as an extra, please ask for quotes.
Guarantee:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order call us. We will refund you the full amount if you are not completely satisfied.
We carry a premium knotty pine product so this is rare.

Boards need to be in the same condition as you received them.
Boards must be returned within 3 days for full refund or 10 days of purchase for 85% as there is a restocking fee (15%) after 3 days.
